Got sick last weekend, after a week of mostly just fluids I am down 5 lbs to 131.8
Now it's time to try and stay here :-) |

119.6 maintaining but eating fairly low carb and would have hoped to go down.
I am upping my carbs today and tomorrow to see if it helps the horrible muscle fatigue I am getting when I run. I think it is all diet related. Need to find the balance to maintain and be able to run strong. Right now it is downright harder then ever. |

Feeling better, appetite is back, had a great week of clean eating but then last night the power went out - pair that with neck pain from a night of bad sleeping before and you get a bottle of wine - down the hatch!
Up a little to 132.2 not bad considering..... |

Mine is 120.2 this week. Not great, but all my clothes still fit and with the very cold weather, I am not going to do super low carb now. In Winter, I like 3 meals a day and in Summer, I prefer 2 and that makes a big difference.

Holding at 125.7 - Adding more clean carbs.
Debbiedo that sounds like a hypothyroid symptom... muscle fatigue. Hope you get that figured out & solved. I know how that feels. Should be feeling better from exercise & yet feeling fatigued. Frustrating! |

Go back to LC? Start recording your meals & calories? I use alternating calories, mostly low carb, but have lower days a couple times a week when I want to lose. Hope things turn around for you!

119 which is a slight loss. Was lower last two days. Can't complain as I am down 4-5 pounds and as long as I stay that way all is good.

133.8, up another pound. I think I spent most the week losing what I gained for Super Bowl though (someone brought pizza "bread" ugh...) A few more days of induction levels should lower that back down a bit.

135 last week and 136 this week...definitely not good and need to do something soon. I need a block of time when I can go on a very strict Scarsdale plan. Can someone tell me more about JUDDD? My carbs are too high on weekends. That's what's doing it.
