I was using Iso Whey, its very good, and eggs & moose meat. But I've been going to a naturopath the last 5 months and she took me off of all dairy, so I had to drop the whey & also the eggs, because egg yolks apparently bother me. So now, I use moose meat, turkey, chicken, fish, pork, & beef hamburger. If dairy & eggs are not a problem for you, they are very easy to add to your diet. Hope that helps! |

Thanks Debby. I don't have a problem with eggs and dairy. I don't eat a lot of meat. I lean toward fruit and veggies. Where do you get your moose meat?
111 today. |

Debby we have a lot of deer in our area. I did see a moose one time when I was out walking when I lived more in the country. Another meat used here a lot is bison. Bison burgers are big around here. They have a lot less fat and taste similiar to beef burgers.

Ah yes, hoping to get venison if not moose. I checked into buffalo at the meat shop, but it costs double that of beef. Bummer... So, will buy a beef from a local farmer if nothing else.

114. Down two pounds from Monday. Eating the right way sure helps one to inch down. Looking forward to reaching 112 again.

Hi y'all
![]() Staying the same bouncing up & down a lb. I've added more fruit this week, and also trying to add a bit of salt. My Dr informed me that too-low sodium diets are bad for your health... moderation again! Its hard though, I haven't used salt for 40 yrs. Don't care for the taste of it now. Just ordered a Flex Force. So excited! Looking forward to doing some real "toning," |

150 on the nose this morning. Strangely I seem to hit my low for the week every Tuesday
. By Friday I'm back up to my "normal" weight. |

149.6 this week. This week also marks 3 months of maintaining my new low weight. I'm feeling pretty happy about that

I received my Flex Force machine this week. I used it twice now, still not sure how much I'm supposed to be doing, (of the exercise cards) might have done too much again. Took me 40 minutes... Sweat!! I'd like to firm up, wondering if that's going to bring me down another size. Have any of you done that? After you got to goal, done weight-training to firm-up? I'm also cross-country skiing & using elliptical for exercise. Hope your week goes well! ![]() |

125.
I have been lazy weighing lately, and when I saw 128 a few days ago, after a couple of weeks not weighing, I realised that the scale is my friend. |

Hello, All!
New to the Maintain Lane but have been maintaining a 30-lb loss for more than 30 years (although only low carb for about the last 2), so I hope it's OK to join here Friday's weight was 125.5 lbs. |
