Hi, Deborah. I don't eat pork, so I buy beef bacon. I cook the beef bacon quite often with egg yolks. I braise the beef bacon and yolks or scramble them, usually.

I don't eat egg whites. I just like the taste and texture combination of beef bacon and egg yolks. I add a dab of butter sometimes, and add herbs and/or greens, and white pepper. Hope you are doing very well.

Today:
Tea w/ pastured butter
B: LO from yesterday w/ herbs/greens and more yolks
L: Perhaps tuna and herbs/greens
S: Perhaps beef bacon and yolks w/ herbs and greens.

It's a clean, lean summer.

Snacks were yogurt, peanut butter, bark
Breakfast was the usual cheese, flax bread, almond milk

30 min on the treadmill & the usual 1 hour or so spent walking in terrible, seemingly tropical heat. We have had the tropical rain showers almost every day for the past 2 weeks. Maintaining 107 lbs w/o fluctuating upward. Very careful to have only "planned" food.
