Cindi, your pork sounds good. I hate factory farming. I use a lot of cheese & recently began buying the grass fed raw milk cheese that is now available. We have 9 hens that provide us w/ eggs.

Yesterday I had the usual snacks & breakfast.
Dinner was pumpkin soup, BBQ, broccoli, green beans, fried cabbage.

Dinner has been salmon casserole for 2 days, w/ salad, sour cream, oil & vinegar salad dressing. I added artichoke yesterday, the day before cabbage & cauliflower All other snacks/meals the same as usual. I also had potatoes yesterday, w/ butter. Mom loves potatoes & the salmon needs some help on the 2nd day.

Auntie Em, I live w/ Mom so we have dinner together more often than not. She does complain about low carb!

Friday & yesterday we had pizza quiche w/ broccoli, turnips w/ cheese, fried cabbage.
Same all day snacking that I usually do.

I think the things you make for her sound scrumptious!

B: grass-fed burger and fresh, still-warm yoghurt
L: HB yolks, yoghurt and more tea.
Sn: decaf coffee w/ hwc
S: Braised yolks and yoghurt, cheddar cheese slices

Yesterday for dinner we had fried chicken (using Carbquik), turnips w/ cheese, cabbage, peas w/ pearl onions. Only Mom had potatoes this time.
3 minute chocolate cake, which showed up as 1/2 lb on the scale this AM, even though I had red wine instead of yogurt before I went to bed.
