Stopping by to say HI!

Just stopping in here to read all of your many words of wisdom, and to say Hi!

I use the JUDDD plan to maintain my current weight, mostly happily, after losing some additional weight just this year. Previously I'd maintained at a bit higher level, but wondered if weighing less would 'look' OK.

Well.. just barely! I'll be 68 years old in a couple of weeks. I found out that it would be just plain scary to get too scrawny at this late date. LOL Apparently every iota of elasticity my skin ever had is now gone, gone, gone. So regaining the slim weight of my youth is not to be. Good enough is going to have to be.. good enough.

Love reading the threads here.

SoHappy, it's nice to have you post here. Yes, those pointy elbows are sharp, and the skin.... Here is to enjoying a bit of curvy softness.

I"m glad you are doing so well.
