Canned Salmon Recipes?

Hey everyone! I have a bunch of canned salmon and I need some low carb recipes. I have no clue besides salmon salad what to do. Any suggestions?

I used to make salmon cakes prior to lc--used bread crumbs. I bet you could substitute ground up pork rinds for bread crumbs.

I always went by "feel" when making salmon cakes. I mixed salmon with mustard, Old Bay Seasoning, eggs, and bread crumbs. Molded them into hamburger shapes and cooked them in a little oil until golden brown. (I didn't deep fry, but I did make sure there was enough oil for them to cook in and brown without drying out.)

These are great dipped in homemade tartar sauce. (I used to mix mayonnaise and dill relish with some spices.)
