after putting on a few pounds for whatever reason...

Hi Dyan,
I have to go back to pretty low levels to get the scale movin again. Making slight adjustments just doesn't do it. I tried 20 per day but really need to hit about 10 to get some action! However that said, if I am patient and adjust my foods down to say level 2 ish and watch my calories, then the weight comes off but its slow. Are you back on induction? And hows that working for you? Bella |

Yes. I'm back on induction. But I guess you could say that, technically, I am biologically sitting at zero carbs. I gave up all grains and for some reason, I just started eating meat, eggs and oils and felt soooooooo good and sooooo energetic-that I just contnued on. When I go out, I might have a salad but at home, this is basically what I have been eating. I know there is a lot of controversy based around that but to me, there is no controversy when it's what I feel my best on. Plus I noticed I do not binge, have cravings nor am I obsessed with food when I eat this way. It's amazing the change since I started doing this. I feel great on less carbs but am amazed at how AWESOME I feel on biologically zero carbs.
