I'm Here Early
Hi all,
I was going to wait until I reached goal and was thinking now how to maintain. But, it occured to me that I already am on a program that will not change at goal. I have saved three years of food ideas that I make that fit with my program. I am on a low glycemic index diet. I have easy to make food items that I will be making forever. I am jumping in early for support of those who have made it here. I will be updating info as it becomes available. I am at a 108 lb. weight loss Now 250 lbs. goal only 35 lbs away at 215. I was about 10 years old the last time I weighed that little... Jim

Hi Dianne,
Thanks for the welcome. You have done great with 115. I am really stuck at my weight. I can use the encouragement to make it the rest of the way. I have been able to maintain throughout the time I have been on my loss program. I know what to eat now and I will maintain. Thanks Jim |

![]() ![]() ![]() Congratulations Chef for that great amount of weight loss, 108 pounds. That is awesome. Why don't you join in on the Friday weigh in for maintainers? There's a bunch of us over there. We sometimes can share our woes with trying to maintain. Sounds like you have made some life eating changes that will help you maintain. That's what its all about. |

Thanks for your kind words of support. I do have a lifelong food program that is 95% of the time the 5% is for family functions, eating out and etc. I really do try to make right choices in these times. I hope to get to goal by summer July 1, 2009 and then be happy that I am there and here. I will join in on Friday but I will be trying to lose the last 35lbs. Thanks again Jim ![]() |
