I've never been to such a resort, but I assume you still order from the menu as at a restaurant? I'd say as at any restaurant, order things that are on your plan and don't feel shy about asking for substitutions (you know, "I don't want the baked potato, can I have some extra broccoli instead?" "No toast or potatoes with the eggs, please, can I have some fresh fruit instead?"). I do that all the time and have never been turned down. You'll have to use discipline, but there will be plenty of things that are fine to eat.

I think Jamaican food has a lot of tempting carby items (rice, beans, fried plantains), but I also doubt the resort will serve mainly Jamaican food. You might want to develop a plan in advance for allowing yourself to sample some local delicacies or a dessert once or twice, so it won't feel like "cheating." I like the Eadeses' idea of allowing yourself brief, planned "nutritional vacations." But I've never personally had any issue with going off plan causing me not to get right back on plan at the next meal or stimulating cravings, so YMMV with that. But I see you're at your goal weight, so in theory this should be a reasonable option for you.
