ketostix detect ketones in breastmilk?
Does anyone know if ketostix can detect ketones in breast milk? I am breastfeeding and eating at a maintenance level but I am still usually in ketosis. I've tested my milk and it is always negative- but I don't know if those work on anything other than urine????
