Clarification Please

Am I suppose to increase my carb level to 10 grams per day or per week? And when I increase this, I'm suppose to use the carb ladder correct? I just found out about the carb ladder, so now I'm "out of order" with some of the foods.

At this point, I should no longer be relying on the ketosis sticks correct? What's a good method to gauge whether or not I need to cut back or add? And how long should I wait before I cut back or add?
