Any of you maintainers lose weight after maintaining for awhile?

This has started to happen to me. No big deal really. I just find it odd and strange-that after maintaining for so long-that the scale is moving in a downward trend again. Perhaps, a new set point is in order by the end of this year.

Yes, count me in,
for no aparent reason my weight is down 3 pounds to what is was
before Christmas, even though I gained a few pounds during christmas
break. I really hope it sticks, I like this new number :-)

I notice I crave more fat than usual, so I basically eat meat and dairy, like cream and yogurt( and LOTS of dark chocolate, like 30g per meal), and just nibble on the vegetables. Yesterday I went crazy
with the peanuts I had bought, and had chicken legs and whiped cream (and chocolate).
Lunch is always salad with tuna, I don't eat breakfast, but usually have milk and coffee around 10h00 and 16h00.
Exercise has been usual, just a short hard run yesterday, trying to keep it
3 times a week. Just dropped 2 pounds from yesterday.I'm baffled...
I think water retention does play a big role with the weight here...
But I did notice that I went a long time, like 3 months without moving one pound down, and was exercising 4-5 times a week and logging my food
on fitday.
Our bodies have their own agenda We don't know it all...

Best wishes!!

Yes, I have lost a few more pounds during maintenance. No big deal. I maintained within a pound or two for a long time, then my weight went down a pound or two. Now I am maintaining at the lower weight. It's strange, but I'll take it.
