Do you find your threshold for carbs changes over time?

I'm starting to think my threshold has changed to where I can eat higher-not lower. The reason I say this?

Well, on Induction-I only dropped 6 lbs for those 2 weeks sitting at the 20 g mark.

Now-last week-I sat at 25 g of carbs and my calories averaged 1613 per day.

Last week, I weighed 51 pounds less than I did on Induction yet at my carb & calorie level-I dropped 7 lbs. I dropped more in one weeks time than I did in two weeks time with a lower number on the scale.

What does this really mean? Does that truly mean that my threshold might be more than what I thought? Does it mean it might have changed over time?

Dyan

I think it changes as you get smaller - the 'over time' thing is just coincidental. Many, many people can eat more carbs once they're at goal than while losing.
