I am Back!!!

Ok, i fell off the wagon about a year ago. my blood sugar was WAY out of control!!! The Dr. yelled at me YOU WANT TO DIE???? so i started the diet yesterday. i forgot how much the withdraw headache HURT!!!!lol but my sugar was normal last night so thats good.

I am 252 and my main goal is to be 200 or maybe 195.
