Need advise
I did Atkins reached my goal and have maintained for 5 years until now.I hurt my back 2 years ago and have not worked out consistently since.
I don't know where to start when it comes to taking the weight off.Atkins for life and keep my carbs low?protein power maybe?I have always done only Atkins .I changed my way of eating rather than go on a diet. I used to suffer from irritable bowel and have not been sick in 5years thanks to low carbing.I am used to a large variety of low carb foods and don't think I would do well on induction .I am also at a point where I am tired of the same foods. I would love any suggestions ,guidance and or support.I am pretty freaked out because now I have weight to lose rather than being a maintainer.I lost 35 pounds in a year.I never really counted or kept a journal ,Just guestimated and chose my carbs carefully also used the carb ladder when I began to add back carbs. I am only 5 ft tall and weigh 132.My goal is 120.I am petite but curvy. Any advise? |

I think many of us, in fact most of Americans, lose weight and gain it back. I also have lost a lot of weight and gained it back several times . Don't let not being able to exercise defeat you. Just do what you can. It isn't the most important equation in weight loss. I would stick to lean proteins and veggies and low glycemic fruits as your mainstays and the weight will come off again as it did before.
Good luck........Liza |
