Starbucks!
Hi All,
Just discovered that the tall cappuchino, breve, bone dry that I was having several times a week has 250+ calories and 9 carbs! I am so mad at myself! Now I know I have to treat it as that- a treat. And when I want to go to the Bucks, I need to order expresso or coffee and add my own cream and sweetener unless I want a shot of SF Vanilla. I suppose it's not the end of the world But it makes me remember that when we eat out, we lose control over what we are eating and need to be very careful.Bella

Steady,
Well, Im not sure! I feel that I do want to know what I am eating including carbs and calories. I would probably still have the drink but not have 1/2 lara bar that day. A trade off. And you're right, it doesn't appear to be affecting my weight. But I worry that it will! Bella |
