I bought these thinking it would be a regular thing but I can't figure out a way to eat them to make it palatable.
I have read that one maintainer loves and eat them all the time. Hopefully she can chime in and let you know how she uses them. |

Hi, that's me!
I have been in Italy, lucky me!. I eat these regularly, at least 2 or three times most weeks. I love them with cheeses. I have misses having a 'base' to eat cheese with and these are the answer for me. I have even toasted the cheese on them with great success. They are not a great taste on their own I admit. Did anyone say cardboard? They must be crisp, if they go at all stale they are inedible! They sure keep you regular too..... |
