What do you think this cast weighs? Broke my wrist last Sat and now have a fiberglass cast inplace.

Probably some swelling also.

124.5 This am. 2 lbs more than I want.

Weighed in yesterday morning at 157.2, 3 times. Seems like still losing but hoping it'll level out with a decrease in cycling with the colder upcoming weather.

Just a hair under 153 today. 152.78.

Think I'll have a pretty low low carb week next week. I made a graph for my maintenance figures this morning. (I'm a spreadsheet geek, what can I say?) and though I'm still inside my range and have been up and down plenty within the range, the overall trend is sneaking up. I'm getting a little carb creep going on I think.

Thanks for the good wishes on the wrist. I got a doc's excuse for Curves for 3 months. That's a good thing.

I have been packing in the carbs, through no one's fault but my own.

Loretta, those three pounds are definitely attributed to the cast, so don't worry! Feel better!

130 this morning and that's without totally eating clean yesterday.

Junkfoodmonkey I feel that carb creeping too! That's usually when I do Scarsdale for a day. That cures it!

This morning 158.6 so up just over 1 lb or so. Fluctuation is my guess as the riding for the week has been about the same as previous weeks.

Will see what happens the next week with cooler temps and more of a maintenance speed for biking....no real hard anaerobic bouts to minimize sweating and dissipation of body heat.

Not weigh-in day, I know, but I have been away and needed to check in. I am still at 140/141 and that includes a trip to Canada to pick up my Mom with countless trips to Tim Hortons and the bakery aisle at the Great Canadian Superstore! Getting out of there at goal...is a miracle! Thank you, God.
