Hi all! Looks like everyone is doing great

I lost the additional weight I wanted so I'm officially back in maintance. I hit 155 this morning, yeay! Glad to be back.

It is good to know-- you know why? This period has been miserable! It's SO heavy and painful. YAY for coming a week early!

I just need to get through today. Closed out papers at old job, boss is sad, starting new job soon. Wedding is Sunday.

I think my extra couple of pounds is due to PMS and some digestive issues. Nonetheless, I am tracking my carbs and backing my level down a little. Also, I just started taking magnesium for my other 'issues'.

I didn't weigh this morning because yesterday was my birthday and I ate a bunch of carbs. I think I'll need the weekend to get things back in range. I was 141lb on Thursday which is right where I want to be!
