110! Hit goal today. Actually yesterday, but I was a little dehydrated yesterday morning and wasn't sure if it counted or not, so I waited a day.

117.0 this morning -- I'm very happy and a little surprised! It hasn't been that low since early summer and I've really been struggling a bit; it was 120.8 at the beginning of the week. But (once again, when I think about it) really getting vigilant about minimizing snacking especially in the evening seems to have done the trick.

This seems like a good idea to keep accountable. More so than just recording it for myself. I've just "officially" decided to go into maintenance, though I've essentially been maintaining for months, I was just calling it being stalled!
Right now I'm 150.8 lbs (I have a digital scale.) I've set 154 as the top limit I can drift up to before I have to give myself a good slapping and cut the carbs for a while. (Well technically, 70 kilos, which is 154.32, but I'll stick with lbs on here for the non-metric folks.) See you Friday!

Weight has been up the last two days. Time to go back on STRICT to my diet.
Oh well. Usually I am more strict on weekends (I was this weekend) and then I slack on Mon/Tuesday and because I didn't totally slack I kind of did a medium strict thing. This sneaks in a lot of extra calories I think.STRICT stuff bring it on! |

Doing OK. Honestly, I'm a bit burned out. I forced myself to eat last night because my metabolism is seeming to slow down. I am up on the scale today but I hope that it goes away soon. I'm going to be very strict the rest of the weekend while enjoying my weekend. I took a sick day from work and have tomorrow off too so it will be a nice long weekend.
I am going to have a spa day. It's been 1 year since I've taken a real vacation from work. I need some "me" time.

108.5 - looks like I need more fat in my diet than I thought. But that's a lot less of a drop than previous weeks, so I'm almost there.

Ryan you are very thin for a 5'4" male. Yes add some fat to your diet.
Congrats Dianne. That is a great amount of weight loss. WTG 122 this am for me. NOT a happy camper. |

121.0
let's see what happens next week. I go to a conference most of my week and I usually lose when food choices are minimal. Not as many legal treats... |

121.8 this am... Not too good but it is what it is and I had 2 days in a row where I know I ate WAY more foods w/ sodium than normal. In fact, last night my feet did not look my own. Usually you can see all the veins and they are bony but last night they were smooth.... not good to have too much sodium. I hope that is what it is anyhow! A girl can dream right?

117.8 today. Pretty happy about that, after a week with a lot of stress and less than optimal sleep and exericse.

Yes, Loretta, I guess so. But I feel great, physically, and with my frame it's considered within an ideal range. BMI is partly BS (I don't have any medical problems that would cause low weight to correlate with health problems - I do have celiac disease but it's treated so it doesn't count) but I'm still within specs. So I'm just trying not to lose enough more to make any difference, while still preventing gain. 108-110 is good; below that is unnecessary so I'd rather not.

I've not been remembering to weigh myself much lately (that's good, because I was getting tired of fretting about my weight all the time). I was 116.4 this morning, which is fine.
