I just got back from being without a scale for a week. I was so nervous to step on today. We were camping on the beach in Carpinteria, CA and I was snacking constantly. I ate an entire large bag of peanuts in the shell by myself in 2.5 days. I was expecting to see a higher # but today I was 122.6.

Hiya Gals!

I'm not in maintenance now since I'm trying to lose a few stubborn pounds for the wedding dress, but after the wedding I'll be back here!

I weighed in at 124 and then again at 122 today. Also I got TOM.

TOM is due on wedding day.

129 this morning. Wow, how did that happen...after a whole week of being on vacation and not getting on the scale! I stopped munching on almonds and wheat pretzels. That may be it!

Still at 130 and not moved for a month now...Darn perimenopause. I have tried everything from induction and then went down to 1 meal a day for a week..still not moving... I guess I should be happy I am staying there and not going up the scale.

Okay, so I did okay on vacation... came home and blew it. Yesterday and today I am 123.8. It is my own fault and I only have myself to blame. I am not happy. I need to really watch what I put in my mouth.

For those of you who aren't on the goal number exactly, do you give yourself a leeway of about 5-10 lbs? I do, only because I am a member of TOPS and a KOPS can be under the goal wt. by 7 lbs and over by 3, thus giving a 10 lb leeway. I have been happy with that so far.

Yes..if you see my stats I do...but I don't like it..I like to get back down to 126 again..but where I am starting to go thou the change of life my weight has creped up 5 lbs in a month and not allot I can do about it...

That's more or less what I do. I've been between 110 and 120 for most of the last six years. When I got down to 110 I made a deliberate effort not to lose any more, because I was getting too bony. When I get to 120 I tighten up to get back down a bit. I don't really have a goal number within that range, but have been around 116-118 for a lot of the time.

Good week for maintaining...141lb this morning. I was up a pound on Wednesday after indulging in a sliver of real vanilla bean cake...fair enough! I can handle that...back down the next day and holding tight. Have a terrific weekend everyone.
