130 this morning. I am usually a bit higher during the week, but I eat very clean on Thurs. to have a good weigh-in on Fri. It seems to be working for me!

I know that this is a Friday weigh in, but I attend TOPS and our weigh in is on Tuesdays. So, if you don't mind I will do a Tuesday weigh in. My stats in profile are current, tonight I weighed 166.75. I reached my goal of 170 to become KOPS a few weeks ago. I am allowed to go under by 7 lbs (163) without losing KOPS status. So, we will see what happens. Gosh, what if I lost KOPS status by going under . . . oops, HA.

I was 117.2 this morning, so back to the usual range, and three pounds lower than last week. It's not often I see a three pound change these days! It was presumably water weight from a combination of having overindulged while we were a way for a few days, and TOM. I'm glad it's gone, anyway.

Popping in to say hi

I was down 1 pound yesterday and another today so almost to my new goal weight! TOM should be here any day though so I'm sure I'll go up a little till it's over but that's OK, that's normal. I'm going in the right direction and should be back to join you all soon!

I'm at 116.4 this morning. That's just under a pound down from last week, and two pounds from the week before. All the excess from going away and entertaining is gone now

Well...I am on Hormone treatments and my weight has went up 3 pounds to 129.5...I dont like it but there is not alot I can do about it the present moment. My TOM cycles are not coming right now due to low Hormonal levels so I am just praying I can get this off soon.

Fitterly, Kissa, I hope you're both happier this week.

Here's my number for today, with the last couple of weeks. The reason it's been going down is because my husband's decided to get serious about losing weight. Even though he's not eating the same as me, it means we aren't eating out as much, and aren't egging each other on to have lots of extra little indulgences. If it keeps going down, I might have to deliberately eat a little more (actually, we have some visitors coming over the next few weeks, so that will probably happen anyway), but I'm happy for now to be moving toward the lower end of my maintenance range, to get a bit more wiggle room.
