130 yesterday and this morning. Doing fine weight-wise, however my car was totaled on Mon. My school is 5 minutes away from my house. I left my house early for a change. The other driver went full force through a red light and totaled my Volvo. Volvos are very strong and safe cars. The adjuster said that she had to be going very fast in order to to do that much damage. The crossing guard witnessed the whole thing. The good news is that I don't have 1 bump, bruise or scratch! But now I'm afraid to drive. I feel like my car is a magnet for other cars. They're all itching to hit me!

Oh well, it's never just smooth sailing! Have a nice weekend everyone and don't sweat the small stuff, like 1 or 2 pounds!

So sorry to hear about that accident, Deb. Thank goodness you were not injured. The car can be replaced. Hope you are not delayed in getting a new one.

My old Honda got to be a Honda Accordian a few years ago. It was in the middle of a 5 car pileup. My oldest son was driving it at the time, he was not injured either.

no weigh in today. i'm having TOM and it's so excruciatingly painful I've got to call my doctor. even 4 advils and 2 tylenol won't help.

123.2 today. I just got back from Vegas on Wednesday where I did not eat off plan but I ate a ton of crab legs which are loaded with sodium and I still feel puffy. Hopefully it is some water retention. Also, yesterday we spent the day at the LA Farmers Market. I started out good with a salmon salad then I caved and bought nuts. They had nut stands with the biggest freshest nuts I have ever had. Roasted, raw, salted, unsalted, double roasted.... you name it they had it. The pecans were ENORMOUS! Needless to say, I ate more than my fair share. Today I am going to buckle down and keep my carbs low.

And back down to 170. I suppose it all comes down to how much I drink (coffee) the night before. Either way, all is good in the weight department.

Mine has, too. 120.2 this morning. I'm trying not to fret about it - especially in the light of various studies showing some health benefits to being higher than the lower end of normal - but I'd like to see a lower number anyway .
