Hi all,
Havent been in for a while, crazy like stuff. I was up 15 lbs but have lost 4.5 of it. So now I have 10.5 to go to get back but I think I might try and lose an additional 10lbs. So, 20.5 to go. Still feeling good. Glad to see everyone is doing well ![]() |

131 on Fri. morning, but went away for the weekend to Vermont to see my son. I shudder to think what I weigh right now. I'll try to eat clean for 2 days and then weigh myself and we'll see! I got good news Fri. afternoon. My biopsy was benign. Thank God! I was so nervous!

Back from skiing and only up 2 lbs 136, I am happy with that, after all I ate. |

Hi everyone
I'm new here but thought it might be helpful for me to record my weekly weight now I'm at goal. Currently 133 but TOM here. That's the upper end of my goal range and I'm a bit more comfy at 131. Might bug some of of you for tips on staying at goal as I am seeing the scales bounce around a bit at the moment. I can't seem to stabilise. Ems x |

Everyone should know that I have met Ems and she is a wonderful example of what Atkins can do. She is stunning and much tinier than when her avatar was taken.
Good to have you here Ems. |

Hah! Too kind Kissa but yes, I must change that avatar - I was about 20 pounds heavier when that pic was taken back in August. Need to get a new pic taken of me - I am the photographer in our household!

Hi, Everyone!!
132 today. Debbie, congratulations, many wishes of good health to you. Emslight, the key to stabilize weight I find for myself is running. I have a problem with water retention and can fluctuate wildly in a couple of days. It all goes stable when I keep up my regular running. Nothing fancy, 30 min, 3x a week seems to do it. And also sticking to very low carb for a few days, after eclairs or bread cannot be avoided... Many kisses for you all!! Keep up the good work!! F. |

Great news Deb. I sure am relieved and happy for you.
Welcome Ems, congrats on that weight loss. You look great in the thumbnail. Don't worry about fluctuations, it is just the way of it. As long as you keep your eye on them. I think everyone of us that maintain have ups and downs. Hang in there. Weight this am 122, not good. My dad is the one in the back on the left with the dark glasses on. |

![]() ![]() I need to get serious. I used to seem so easy to maintain under 120. I think I need to go back to basics. |

My scale appears to have died so I hope to buy a new one tonight and will post tomorrow! (It started giving me error messages and wouldn't get out of "set" mode, and after I tried changing the battery it won't come on at all ... any ideas?? I really hate to have to buy a new one, though it wasn't a super-expensive model.)

Hi all.. .Just wondering if any of you have had this happen. I stepped on the scales a few days back , and was pleasantly surprised that i had dropped three lbs. since the last weigh in.. then the following day, i was back where I had been previously.. those three lbs were back and still are a few days later... what is up with that.. i have been so good on my diet too. I am bumbed out |

133.75 yesterday
Upper end of where I want to be. Aiming for a week now to try and get the numbers down closer to 131. Dairy is a pretty big gainer for me which I'm just working out. Boo. |

Wow, 116.0 on my new scale. I hope it's reliable! I'm actually a bit surprised as I have been hungry in the evenings and snacking a bit more than I'd like.
