Hi, Loretta,
congratulations!! You are an inspiration to all of us!
I still have the major Christmas festivities next week, and I don't
intend to deprive myself, so I wonder how I will fare on the friday
after Christmas weigh-in...
I have a race in April, that all the family and some of my work
colleagues, who caught the running bug, can run, with many
categories. I am training now for the 10k event.

Thank you all for the congrats. I do think that being a part of this online low carb community has really helped me to maintain my weight loss.

I am thankful for the support that we share here.

F the longest race I have done is an 8 K. But got the job done. It is nice to have your family involved also. All of my 3 sons are runners, but I won't catch up to them, they do half and full marathons. I just walk fast.

118.4 -- very happy as I've been travelling, stressed, etc. The holiday festivities have been virtually nonexistent this year, at least, so that's made things a little easier.

Hello Maintainers!

I am new to maintaining and would like to lose a teenie bit more and then call it "done."

I wound up losing far more than expected during December. After a 2 month plateau I lost my 2 months worth of pounds in one month!

I would love to lose another 2 by Jan 1st but that's a little unrealistic. So I'm just going to aim for losing the last 2-4 by my birthday (Feb).

But I'm here to just check in and say hi to all of the successfully fit folks on LCF!!!!!
