131 this morning, right within range. I'm trying not to lose any more weight right now. So far so good. I had an issue with a little dizziness and lightheadedness. I added some calories and a few more carbs. I'm feeling much better.

Hi, Everyone!!
Back to Geneva after a hectic but good week in Chicago. Weight went up to 139 after deep dish pizza, frango mints and french crullers, which were yummy!!
Today I am back to a more normal 135.
I have managed to complete the couch25k program and can do 5k in 30 min. I am so amazed that I am a runner now, have to do it every other day! I'm going to compete in a local run over ups and downs in the city, in December, so I'm going to train hills now. I hope I don't come up in last...

WTG FViegas on the running!!!!! I promise you will not come in last! All types run (and walk) in races. Have a lot of fun!!!!!!!

My weight is up from last week to 128 (still trying to keep from losing weight) but I know it is not the changes I made. I can thank PMS water weight and a party last night where I consumed too much salty smoke salmon, lol! So, my plan is to just keep on this course for another week!

Goal Range: 130-135*

Jun Average ... 132.00
Jul Average ... 131.75
Aug Average ... 129.25
Sep Average ... 128.75

Oct 03 ... 126.37
Oct 10 ... 128.00

* Considering changing this to 128-133

Stargazey even too much of a good thing can do you in!

Congrats F on the 5 K you are really doing well with your running. All of my sons are runners now and this weekend I am going to watch them at the finish line as they finish their 1/2 Marathon. I like doing the 5 Ks with them. I just try to walk fast and run a little. I came in first for my age group (65-69) last one we did. It too me a little over 40 min.
Glad you enjoyed your trip to Chicago.

Any more dizziness Deb? or are you back in control.

Forgot yesterday, but 118.2 today. My parents are visiting, so that's after two nights of eating at nice restaurants and sampling some delectable desserts. Fortunately the dining should be lower key and less tempting for the rest of the time they're here. I was in the 116's during the week.

134 today, trying to get down to a more comfy 132, but with my birthday coming up and next week school vacations, it will take a while... I still fit well in my skinny jeans, so that's
fine. I don't see any weight loss from the running, but I do noticed a higher definition in the legs and belly, so I'm happy with it.

I'm skipping this week's weigh in - we've been busy and I've just been focussed on other things. As long as I can do it without regaining too much weight, I think it's a good thing to devote more energy to the rest of my life and less to watching the number on the scales, so I'm trying to be more relaxed about it (with variable levels of success ).

120.5 I guess the 1/2 cup of cheerios about 2x a week is a keeper, in fact my weight has gone done some. YEA!!!!

I have decided to join you in the weekly weigh-in. I do weigh myself daily.

My original goal was 135 which I obtained a few years ago and felt comfortable with it. But then I regained it all and started anew on Dec. 7, 2006. I reached 135 on April 24, 2008. After maintaining in that range until September, I then looked again at my goal. I am only 5'1" and decided I would look better at a smaller weight. So for now I am aiming for 120. I will see how it goes! Today I am at 126.2. I try to always keep my stats up to date. Have a great week everyone!

My weight is 121.6.... again. But hey, this is the "maintain lane" right. I am definitely maintaining. I really can't complain even though I would prefer a lower number. I eat when I want and what I want (legal clean eating of course). I am not going to exercise more so... I just need to make peace with the scale.

I am creeping in with head bowed in shame

After yet a third holiday in as many months and almost no gym visits (I like to go 4 or 5 times a week normally), the scales told the terrible truth this morning. I know it was Sunday not Friday but it was my first day home so it had to be faced.

Okay, deep breath, here goes.....140 lbs. That is NOT maintaining.

I haven't seen that number in 7 years. I shall not being seeing again either. I promise!

HUGS! The same thing happened to me and I had to lose 14 lbs! But it came off
in 3 weeks easily going back to induction.

Just jump back in and it will go down. Getting back to a regular schedule will help also.

Loretta - It doesn't matter how much you lose - to me you are a winner by losing any amount of weight and then maintaining! Way to go!! The maintaining is the harder part!

I can't remember the last time I got on the scale but I do know that I weighed 135 lbs. I got on Saturday and was 130 lbs. I'll take it.

If I start losing like that again, I'm okay with it as long as I'm not having to count and watch every little single thing that goes into my mouth. And right now, I'm not having to do that nor am I obsessing over it.

Cindy that is wonderful that you can look back and put your finger on exactly what caused the surge. It is a scary thing to happen but such a wake up call. You have already begun your descent. Love the wedding avitar. How are they doing? Do you get to visit with them often?
