Wow! May Day already!

That's the kind of encouragement I need to hear Ginny. Those work-outs are showing! Neat!

Loretta, you are the reason I signed up for those Huntsman Senior Games. I knew if you won a race I could at least try.

Good morning to anyone else checking in or just curious about maintaining.

I need to get 5 pounds off - now! Come on over and kick my butt!

Hey Barb

Glad I was an inspiration for you in signing up for the games. I am trying to jog more so I can get ready for the next 5 K race. I have a new route planned out that is flatter than my usual hilly terrain. I will get to the new route this week. I think it is good to give ourselves a push once in a while.
HURRY and get those pounds off before they get up to 6 pounds. When are the Senior games and what will it involve???

Just eat less and exercise more.

Ginny how interesting about the court case and the guy wanting to blame someone else for his failings. Seems that is what a lot of people today want to do. Blame MCDonald for serving the high fat food etc and MAKING them fat. DH is showing signs of improvement every day. Slept well last night and even slept on his stomach. Taking just the darvocet now but not too often. Hope you get that PC in working order SOON.

Have a great day, exercise and drink some water.

Hi gang,

I just got up from a two hour nap, of all things.

DH and I made a spur of the moment decision to go see "United 93" and it was quite moving. It should be mandatory that every American see it because we are all getting complacent.

Anyway if anyone decided to see it and gets the least bit motion sick, take something. LOL It was so realistic that I got rather sick and had to come home and take that nap.

Ginny, Good job doing those workouts.

Jury duty, eh? Sorry you had so many "bleeding hearts" on that jury. How sad. They don't realize that they are contributing to the mess this country is in.

Barb, LMAO Perfect? Fat chance. I may just need to live with this 14 lb no smoking gain. Oh well, that's the way it goes.

Loretta, You are an inspiration for many of us here. Keep up the good work. I know you and Barb will do well in those events.
