Maintaining on the weekend April 22 & 23
Gee Barb sorry to hear about that 5 pounds. What do you think as contributed to that? I used to weigh once a month but my weight got up too high, about 5 pounds, so I started to weigh in weekly. I have a better handle on it now.
I sure don't want to put any of it back on. It does get difficult some days when I get a craving that won't quit. I do indulge one day a week in more calories and carbs but so far have been able to stay on track with that built into my "plan." I look forward to my extra calorie day. Dangling that carrot keeps me on track for 6 days of the week. Dh won't be fishing any time soon. He feels week, lightheaded and painful. It will just take TIME.

Hi Loretta and the rest of our gang, where ever they may be.
I really haven't varied my way of eating for almost 9 years and still I gained that weight when I quit smoking. Oh well. Wishing everyone a great day. I'm off to the local zoo to watch some sheep shearing. LOL Do you think I have too much time on my hands? ![]() |
