Thought for the Day: Try to have something from each of the four food groups today!

1. bonbon group
2. salty-snack group
3. the caffeine group
4. whatever-the-thing-in-the-tinfoil-in-the-back-of-the-fridge-group

Hey y'all,

Not much going on here. Supposed to get some pretty healthy storms later on, and it's a bit breezy out there now. Will be a fun drive in to work. Tomorrow, our company store will be having a HUGE sale, so I'll be going in early and DH will go with me so I have the muscle to load up the cases I want to get. I think the propane grill will REALLY like me this year LOL!

Hope all are having a great day...... working on the caffeine part of the 4 food groups.

Ginny, drive careful, it's not you but the other fools out there. We had quite a rain/wind storm come through here yesterday but it's sunny today.

Anxiety is really rising up it's ugly head today waiting for the endoscopy at 3:45. Trying to keep busy and even did a 1 hour 20 min. on the bike this morning. Wish me luck!
