Monday Feb 20th for Maintainers

Good Monday Morning to ONe and All,

We have brilliant SUNshine again up here blue skies, cold though but warming up a tad. Only 28 days to Spring, but who's counting...LOL!

Weigh-in day today for the Spring Challenge. I am down to 135.2 from 136lbs of last week, so I'll take it. 10lbs to goal to be back in maintenance again.

Off to the Tiny Tots swim class with DD and Ella this morning! Have a Good Monday Y'all.

WONDERFUL to see LORETTA posting. Thank you for sharing those gorgeous pics. YOU look so pretty and skinny. Lovely pic of your DH, pretty stepDs and of course the precious little Leah! What a treat your gave us.

Linda,
hope your new endo has some answers. That is tough stuggling with the extra weight. Although, with all your DGkids birthday's etc.. I am sure you will soon burn all that off. Sending the Whoosh Fairy to your house!

Barb,
Back to school today? You sure have active weekends. Good fer you!

Ginny,
Are you wearing more skirts to the office, or do you prefer dress pants? With the latter I find you go thru less nylons-hose.

Julie,
So glad that virus has gone packing. That asthma is tough to settle down after an attack like that. This cold weather doesnt help either.
WE have FloVent (fluticasone propoinate) metered doses of 250 mcg and Symbicort 200 turbuhaler, (budesonide/formoterol fumarate dihydrate) in our med cabinet for DH, but he has not had to use them lately. I think they may have expired. These are all on script up here, not OTC.
Hope you find a good Med to help. Linda seems quite knowledgeable in this area.

Morning folks.......

Woke up to a couple of inches of snow this morning -- I thought it was gone!

They have the Powerball stuff on TV right now and said it was someone from Denver that was driving through Lincoln, NE and bought a ticket and is now back in Denver. See......it could have been me! But you know, if you want to get struck by lightning, you have to go out in the rain.

My eating habits on the weekend so have me retaining today. Water, water, water, and MANY trips to the bathroom!

Later......

Hi people,

It's still too darn cold here but I must remember that it is still winter.
Had a wonderful dinner at a new Italian place. Very upscale. I had a chicken breast topped with roasted red peppers, hot ham, mozzarella cheese and cooked with a lemon wine sauce. It was wonderful!! side dish of sautéed zucchini, onions, egg plant and garlic.

Susan, you are getting there!! Keep up the good work.
Hope you had fun at Ella's swim class.

Barb, LOL That $365 million was supposed to be MINE! anyway have the people come forward yet? I haven't heard a thing about it on the news.

Waving to everyone else and hope they check in.

Hey gang,

Just a normal day here in TN, chilly but not too bad. At least the sneaux has melted!

Linda, that dinner sounds excellent! Wish we had something like that around here.

Barb, glug glug glug......I'm drinking mine too

Susan, I'll probably dig up some skirts when the warm weather hits, but only if I have a tan. I really don't like nylons/hose and will avoid them if at all possible. I wear pants during the cold months and would really like to find some close-fitting capris that are dressy for warm weather.

Getting pretty whupped, almost ready for the bed! Night all......
