Tuesday the 29th day of November for Maintainers

Yes, you are sooooo right! Eating out is no problem these days. I love eggs for breakfast but not real early. Lately I've been doing something else just because I leave for work so early. Good reminder about the pancakes.

We didn't get snow over here but Denver and points East sure did -- roads closed again. They always close the freeway going into Kansas and everyone has to stay at Limon, CO. If you look at the map you'll know why!! I bet the motel business is booming. Now the storm is in the plains heading your way -- East!

Linda, glad the test were ok. Sounds like you were celebrating with that menu!

Ginny, just two meals? How about snacks?

What am I doing besides work? We have a Fun Shoot (not for turkeys this time) coming up in a week or two in which we donate toys for kids. The sheriff department comes out and joins us picks up the toys to deliver to those in need. They know where to go. Also EXCEL, the big energy company does this also just because of meter readers - they know where the need is.

I didn't eat the cookies left on the table in the office yesterday -- those stinkers!! Thought they could fool me!

Hey Julie, come on over for a mess of eggs when you get up!

Later.......

HI to all

Julie what other foods do you eat for breakfast? Do you just not like eggs. Sometimes I just eat hard boiled egg whites.
Had the recumbant bike helped your knee? I would think that exercise would be good for it.

Barb I forgot to mention that yesterday I gave up that nice fluffy crisp taco bowl. That make the taco like a shell and put the meat etc inside. It sure could have used more lettuce.

Congrats Linda on the GREAT NEWS. Glad to hear that your gb and liver are ok. I still have my gall bladder. Trying to keep as many parts as I can.

Hello Ladies,

Where is Monday's thread? Yikes, did I have a Senior moment?

Just got back from an hours aerobics class, managed to get the ole heart rate up there and did some hand weights.

We have had Rain all day but the temp got up to 18C so that was almost 70F, what crazy weather, needless to say all the snow has thawed and nearly all gone.

Waving to Y'all.

Yes Susun, it was a Senior moment. I see it. It says:

Maintainers -- it's Monday, 11-28

That cold weather is on its way there. Just hang on.

Loretta, I eat all kinds of things but NOT eggs.

Yes, the recumbant bike is terrific for bad knees. Between that and the Glucosamine/Chronditin I'm doing ok. It catches once in awhile but on the whole, it's good. No stairs though. Or very little..

When I order taco salad out, I just ask for it wo the shell. Makes for a nice salad with salsa.

SuSun, WTG on the aerobics and weights!!!

Just a skiff of snow here but they keep predicting it so one day it will probably show up. Their odds got to get better.

Barb, WTG on not eating the cookies....

Where is Linda, get your butt in here...that's what you're always telling me!

Hey y'all,

Colder for us today, even had frost on the windshield so had to let the truck warm up before driving tonight I guess winter weather will creep up on us whether we like it or not! Of course, in my case, NOT! Tomorrow I have to leave early for our department holiday lunch. They're springing for Ruby Tuesday's, and I know I can eat there with no problem One of the gals cracked me up....we were talking about food and I mentioned eating chicken with alfredo sauce. She said 'well you can eat that stuff as little as you are' I told her that's HOW I manage my weight. I don't think she believes me

Susan, your DS has a wonderful store! Glad you got some good weather, but don't get used to it.......

Gotta run......hope all are having a good evening!
