Very true! I don't have a scale any more (old one died) so right now I do have to go by the fit of my clothes. I do know what the shape in the mirror is supposed to look like and use that as a guideline as well. The trick to using clothing as your guide is to not make excuses.... when clothes are freshly laundered, they don't lie!
I know this board has helped to keep me on track, and if there's another lc'er around in person it really helps keep me motivated/honest. |

Good article Loretta! I don't weigh everyday like I use to but I do once or twice a week.With stretching pants it's sometimes hard to tell. It's just good for me to check it once in awhile.
