CCMs Friday Nov 11
Thank God for those Veterans!!!! Nice to have a special day of rememberance for all of them. They are all heroes in my eyes.
Our church is having a special mass this afternoon in the church cemetary. Followed by a soup and sandwich pot luck. Should be a nice event. I will bring some California Chichen salad. Ginny best to keep that older computer of your going as long as you can. My New computer that I got last year is already getting out of date. Technolgy just moves too fast for me. Memeory sticks? DVD with layering. By the time I get around to using my cdrws up they will be obsolute and there will be a new memorary storage system. We had some frost here last night but the plants are still ok. Hi Patty, nice to have you dropping in. Hope you can get your camera straightened out so you can show us some pictures. Linda did you not have a computer before xp? No windows 95 or 98. What did you do for internet? I started out with a webtv. Used that for several years. I rememer in 93 or so my brother tried to get me on the internet but our area of Ky was not ready for it then. Yes Julie, where are you? to our past and present maintainers.

Hi everybody,
My thanks to all the veterans out there. Bless them. My dad was WW11 Navy and both of my brothers were in Viet Nam. One in the Marines and one on the USS Warrington. The only ship decommissioned during that conflict. Been on the run yet again today. Took mom out to the craft store to look at Christmas decorations and then spent some time at the coffee shop. Loretta, pray tell, what is California Chicken Salad? It sounds intriguing. We didn't have any INTERNET or computer before we got Web TV in 1998. We then got this Dell with WindowsXP. LOL guess we were slow to get involved with technology and still are. I know nothing about Memory sticks and that other stuff you were talking about. :duh: Don't know if I want to ![]() Hope the others check in later. I have to catch up a bit before I go read and hit the sack. |
