TGIF Y'all!

Loving be back on track. The exercise has really helped pick up the mood and metabolic rate.

3 weeks today since I started over...1st mini goal almost reached. 140.5lbsthis morning but feeling inches less, clothes fit much better.

7.5lbs gone and hopefully some muscle built to keep on burning the fat.

1st mini goal 140lbs
2nd mini goal 135lbs for Christmas hopefully.
3rd mini goal 130lbs
4th mini goal 125lbs

Wishing you all a great TGIF and a wonderful start to the weekend.

Mornin' y'all,

Another pretty day here, mid 70's with a few clouds. Only supposed to get in the mid 50's the next couple nights. Looks like our Indian summer finally happened Not much new here, the job seems to be going fine as far as I can tell, and bit by bit I'm doing more besides looking pretty LOL

Loretta, really cute pic of Leah and the pup! I think it's great she's so attached to her fursibling. You should be getting this nice weather too?

Linda, good luck with the new camera. Toys like that can be a lot of fun, but a PITA to learn. We have a Sony Mavica, and it has a bunch of features that I really don't need to learn. So long as I can pop in a disk and take a picture that is CLEAR, I'm a happy camper

Julie, glad Bo is healing up now. Poor baby, it must be aggravating him to pieces having that site he can't get to. Has he made you feel guilty yet for keeping the big collar on him? Be careful in that wild weather!

Barb, one thing I learned years ago, especially at work: there's always one more idiot than you count on. Don't let them get to ya!

Susan, poor little Oliver being scared of his own shadow... WOOHOO to you on your working back to goal! WTG

Jacki, what have you been into lately?

Off for a little lurk........

Susun you are making good progress. Hope you reach your goal and will be able to keep those pounds from returning.

Ginny we are having some great weather here too. Just wonderful for finishing up those chores before winter sets in. I need to get my tom plants out of the ground. Have repotted some tulips for spring. Hope they work this time around.

Linda enjoy that camera. Let's see some of those pics. I sure like my digital and the whole realm of having pictures. In my journal that I keep I have been inserting pictures as I go. I use a CD RW and keep a yearly record. Having the pictures really makes it more meaningful when I look back.
I made some of the Almond Thins using cinnamon and Splenda and they are just delicious. I chilled the dough before I rolled it and that sure made it easier to work with. I wanted some sort of topping for my apple and peaches instead of cottage cheese. I think this will work just fine.
They are addictive.

Hi to the rest of the bunch. Have a great weekend and find some special time just for yourself.

Morning! TGIF

Ginny, your comment made my day!! THANKS! Sometimes my skin just isn't as think as I thought it was.

Susan - you are so pumped and that's great! Keep going and you will reach your goal soon.

Loretta, what a beautiful picture - you must be one proud grandma!

I don't do as much as I should with technology as I could -- camera's and all. If I can take a picture and print it I'm happy.

I am taking a Windows XP class at night -- one of our high school computer teachers is teaching college classes for credit in the community. This last week I learned "File Management" Now when I lose something, I'll know where it went. Next week we will be customizing Windows XP and then at the end we will learn to repair disk errors, defragment and free space on the hard drive and use the device manager. I do a lot of these things but never knew "why" and "how" to do it better.

Nice weather here today but........snow clouds loom in the distance.

Have a great one and waving to the whole crowd!
