Good Wednesday to One and All,

DSon in law cleared my cookies on the weekend, puter problems since, beeping and slow typing.

Hope it clears up soon!

Just wanted to say hello. I am still walking, did 45 minutes this morning. Gotta do more and pull back on those addictive carbs.

IT'S A BOY!!!!!

Adam Paul was born at 1043 this am by C Section. He weighed in at 7 lbs and 4 oz. Mom and baby are doing fine. I will go and check him out tomorrow. Might even get some pictures.
