Tuesday Oct 11 for the CCMs
Jackie so good to hear from you. Glad to hear that it was not too bad and the swelling was minimal. Where did they get the bone from? How will you eat for the next few days? I think it will heal up quickly. What about antibiotics? Are you taking them? Hope you took the day off today.
Linda glad to hear that things went ok for your mom and there are no problems. Is she still liking her new living arrangements? Hope you got all the kinks fixed on your Dell. Glad you sold the Rav without too many problems. You probably did a lot better by selling it yourself instead of trading it in. Finally, last week I got the final settlement check from my insurance company. They assured me that these delays are an all of the time occurence. Barb I sure hope you are not snowed in there in Colo. 20 inches I heard Susun how was the pork roast yesterday?. Did you celebrate Canadian Day two days in a row? Will relax today after getting clothes washed. Nice not to have to deal with that fudge this week. Thursday going to see my newest DGB. Don't know its sex yet, they are deferring. My card says, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH MODEL YOU GET. **** THEY ALL LEAK!! Later to those that need them. It sure is quiet around here, I can hear the echos.

Good morning Loretta.
Yes, I did take today off also. Just going to take it slow and easy. There's some swelling this morning but it feels ok. The bone is cow bone. It acts as a catalyst for my own bone to form around . As for food, I'm eating soft food for a while to keep from accidently biting down with my full mouth and hurting the surgery area. I experimented this morning on a low carb pumpking custard/pudding. It turned out really good!! Going to make some more. Waving at everyone....have a good day. ![]() |

Hi everyone,
Just a quick check in for me tonight. We have to get up early and take that Rav to the gal about an hour from here. She didn't realize that she needed transporter plates or her own to pick it up, sooooo here we go. LOL Good to hear from you Jackie. Now why don't the others check in. Glad too to hear you are doing fairly well with the gum surgery. How about posting the pumpkin/custard recipe for us? Loretta, LOL yeah they all leak. How wonderful that you are soon going to be a grandma again. It is so exciting, and we expect pictures.Glad you finally got that check. Grrrrr, it's about darn time, eh? Susan, how did your holiday go? Barb, are you snowed in? Julie, get your butt in here, ok? Waving to Roger, Ginny, Shawnee, Patty and the rest of the gang. |
