Just a quick hello to you all.

Jackie hope your bone grafting sure won't be as bad as you are anticipating. "Prepare for the worse, but hope for the best." I'll have you in my thoughts. Be interesting to find out where the bone is coming from.
Have some peaches on hand too. Those Clever Carb ones from Del Monte are pretty good, nice and soft

Thanks Ginny for the update on the new job situation. I used to hate that orientation period where you have to be trained and don't feel too helpful. I also did not like training the new guys. It is a

kind of time.
Glad they realize that some people prefer to work at different hours and that helps make everyone happier.

Got up early and went to help at the festival by putting out the candy and stuff. Won't go back much today but will work some more tomorrow.
Sales yesterday were around $800. Chilly out there today.

Quickie from me this morning too.....

Cool and cloudy, 50's for us so far. Brrr. Earlier in the week it was upper 80's. If you don't like the weather in TN, hang around for a few days, it WILL change!

Loretta, wow, that's a bunch of sales! Must be a big to-do for your area, huh? Don't let them wear you out!

It has been a lot brighter today, yesterday rainy and cloudy most of the day.
At least it is dry today.

I have been doing chores today in preparation for Monday.(Canadian Thanksgiving.) I just feel better if the house is all clean and tidy.

Yes, I actually have time to clean my house. Imagine!

WTGG on those Sales! Was that $800.00 all on candy sales?

Great news on the new job, sounds like you will fit in soon. It is only a short while and we adapt to the swing of things.
As for exercise, there are desk exercises but I prefer taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or walking the parking lot to get to the doors and then you have to do it back again when the shift is over, if it is well lit of course.

Thanks for the info on the gum graft thing. The periodontist did tell me that I could buy a flat retainer type thing to wear for a week while my mouth heals. He said he could do one gum at a time, or two at the most. What do you think?
I remember you telling us about how it went for you now.

Are you keeping busy in the GH? or are you working on some new projects.
Keep your chin up and get some sunlight into your eyes, helps lift the spirits.

How are your ears? Do the shots make a lot of noise?
Hope all went well for you and the turkeys.

Hi everybody, I never got a chance to post yesterday. Time just got away from me. Just now typed a big long post and lost it.

Guess I try to type too fast and hit something. Grrrrrr

Loretta, I'll look for those peaches tomorrow at our local Giant Market. Hopefully they will have them. Thanks for the recipe too.

My gosh, that is a lot of sales. Hope the rest of the weekend went as well.
