Thursday 10-06 for CCM's

Mornin' y'all,

Well, this is it! The big day! The steel toes have been put away and the heels (medium height today) will be donned. Slightly nervous, but I'll get over that.

Will check in later tonight if I'm not too whupped! Y'all have a great day,

HI Ginny and those that follow.

I'm wishing all the best for you on your new job Ginny. It sure sounds like a nice career change for you with lots of possiblities. You sure won't have to worry about the weather there, just snow on the road. Nice not to be out in the elements.

I sure do like the peaches that I found, 1/2 cup for 6 net carbs and about 30 calories.
Top them with a tablespoon of cottage cheese and we are good to go for a lunch snack. I also like these new almond flour crackers I have been making. Just a little problem rolling out the dough though. Suggestions needed. The dough has to be very thin. I tried spreading out the raw dough by making balls and then flattening out the balls and then use a rollling pin w sprayed wax paper to make a sheet about 15x10. Not having a lot of "neatness".

Susun glad to hear that Ella is doing well at her swim lessons. I don't think Leah has had any yet. Glad too that your DD is realizing that you have a life outside of being a grandmother.

HI to the rest of our gang. Will be busy this weekend at the Fall Festival booths.

Evening everyone,

Not a darn thing going on in my corner of the world. Did get my flu shot today though.

Ginny, wishing you the best tonight with that new job. Bet you will look nice all dolled up. How about a picture ?

Loretta, What brand of peaches did you find that are so low carb? Did you post the recipe for t hose crackers someplace here? They sound good.

Susan, these little kids dearly love the water. Nick enjoyed the pool all summer. Dad is teaching him to swim. I taught my kids and also taught a rubber ducky class one year when I was a life guard...at least 100 years ago.

Hi to Julie, Shawnee, Barb, Roger and everyone else.
