Egggs.... ugggg. Suggestions?

I'm getting soooo tired of eggs, but I know they are the most suggested for breakfast items, particularly for induction... Any suggestions? Alternatives?

Thanks!

I love eggs and never get tired of them. I don't think I have any new suggestions for you--I eat them scrambled, as an omelette, hard boiled, mock danish, deviled. I make pancakes with egg whites or whole eggs, whey protein powder, ricotta cheese and that is a good alternative to just eggs. Vickie

Hi

Its not written in stone that one must have eggs for breakfast......or even Breakfast for Breakfast.

ANY FOODS that are on the Induction list are fine for Brekkie too.

Maybe avoid eggs for awhile if you're sick of 'em; shake things up...nothing wrong with "dinner" foods for brekkie......LOL, You may eventually learn to love Omlettes for Dinner.

Here's a Handy-dandy List of choices:

Best wishes

Hi Kevin,

Bacon with fried cheese squares are tasty for breakie.

Sausages are another alternative with 1/2 fried tomato in olive oil.

Smoked salmon rollups are tasty with cream cheese.

Breakfast is a toughie, but stick with it and soon you will be able to flex more with 1 slice of LC bread with sf syrup, or sf jams, makes a change after all those eggs.

Hope this helps!

The site Shawnee posted is a useful one! Check it out!

Unfortunately, only pancakes, French Toast, and oatmeal...see, maintenance is a good goal to strive for.
