WE'RE BACK!!!
Maintainers of all plans are welcome to join in. You don't have to be a new maintainer. I have maintained well below my original goal weight (125 lbs) for almost a year now. My 2 yr Atkinsversary is coming up soon. My wt was at 108 Friday and expect to be below 108 Saturday.Vickie |

yeah, this is much better. My dh and I went with my boss
y esterday and did a private catering job at this beautiful million dollar house, I have known the people for a long time ,,, it was alot of fun, they treated us just like a guest. It was a long tiring day though,, hopefully today we can work on our flower beds. my weight is jumping around still,, yesterday it was 117, not sure what it is today, I ate good yesterday,, mostly all protein,, tendereloin,, tuna steak, crab dip, cheese, I did break down and have a piece of the bday cake as everyone kept talking about how great it was,, and it was outstanding,, so worth every carb, haha. well I hope everyone is doing well, talk to you later, Brenda |
