A Question for the Maintainers...
Hey to all you maintainers out there. I'm not one of you (yet) I'm actually only in my fifth day of induction haha. But I am loving the fact that I dont think about food as muh AT ALL
. Anyways, so how many carbs do you people allow yourselves during maintenence? Any Atkins people...how did you find your CCLM (Critical Carb Level for Maintenence)? |

Hi you little Atkins Baby.
Glad you have found the low carb way of life. It sure is a health choice. Actually I have never counted carbs. I just stayed clear of sugar, white flour and all high carb products and have been heavy on the legal veggies, lower fat meats, fish etc. That worked for me. Someone will pop up with an answer for you. |

According to the Albert Einstein CCARB study that I have been in for three years, I'm eating between 50 and 60. Actually I never really bothered counting after I reached goal. It just comes naturally.
As for the CCLM, it just happened. You add carbs until you start to gain and then back off. Simple really. |
