Still flabby after all these yearzzz..:(
Ive been at goal for awhile now BUT my tummy and boobs are still 'FLABBY". I have some 'back fat" behind my bra and my tummy still sticks out when I tuck a shirt in to jeans.
Any suggestions?? I have a concert in June where Ill be up in front of an audience and Id love to get my bod in better shape. I dont do much excersize..although I DO walk every day and 5 lb weights. |

Michelle, the exercise really helps. Pilates exercises for the abs really work. It is good that you are walking and using the wts. Once the 5lb wts get easy for you, try to move up to a higher wt.

Any kind of cardiovascular workout that raises your heartrate for a minimum of 30 minutes a day is very effective at reducing body fat all over. Spot reducing does not work .. you need to raise your metabolic rate to burn more calories/fat and thereby reduce flab.
I suggest you continue the walking, but step it up a notch or two until your heartrate increases and stays elevated for 30 minutes each session. KEEP AT IT! Betty |
