Suggestions

Hi everyone, what types of foods do you eat to maintain your weight. I'm getting bored with trying to think of things and often find myself buying alot of net carb foods, which have worked for me so far but without getting the book out I'm not sure what to add to maintain my weight. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Currently, I'm doing the meat/egg diet 3 days a week just to shed a few pounds, but I didn't really need to lose weight when I started this woe (had lost 30 lbs. on a low fat diet). Once I got the whole low-carb concept down pat, I started simply eating anything I wanted as long as it fit in the lc category (especially being faithful to the no sugar or white flour rule).

I've been maintaining for over 6 years and just eat natural proteins, natural fats IE butter and olive oil only, lots of vegetables, low glycemic fruits, nuts etc.

Pop over to the golden bb on this site and check the daily menu thread to see my menus.
