Wednesday for the Vintage Maintainers

Good morning kids,

We are having MISERABLE weather: heavy rain but still warm, about 58°F. The warmth is nice because we can leave the gas off and only use some occasional electric heat. THis is good for VERY pregnant Phonecia who will lose all her babies if she smells the SLIGHTEST whiff of any gas.

Lets all root for the old girl...I'd like to see at least a COUPLE flowers before she starts blasting buds.

Oops, sorry to get her so BIG but I'm too lazy to go back to Photobucket which has a handy dandy resizing tool. Anyway see the lovely weather we're having...that's NYC behind Phonecia!

If it gets nice we'll take a long walk (in Jersey City) before it gets chillier tomorrow.
(It's been nice having Bob home this last month.)

Shawnee:
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU AND BOB

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY SHAWNEE AND BOB!!

Roger, Phonecia is going to be beautiful. What happend to her leaves though?

Going to the therapist tomorrow and will check with her about this lamp I bought. I have 30 days to return it if it's not right. Chuck said this light has all the wave lengths, not like a reg light bulb. I don't understand it but will double check to make sure.

DS1 and family are coming over for a belated Thanksging dinner. Will be nice to see little Madison and Logan. Don't get to see them that often.

Seems the Capital got their Christmas tree form US again!!!

Off to take Bo in for a shampoo!! Need a few groceries too. Run that dam dust rag too. It's down to necesary now. Later..

HI to all

Zip I love looking out your window at the view. Glad the day cleared up for you. We had lots of rain yesterday but today is nice and sunny. Thanks for the pic of phonecia. She is tall and has lots of spindly roots out of the pot. Didn't know that photobucket has a resizing tool. I need to look around in there for that.

Julie glad you will get to see Madison and Logan. That will be a nice treat. Are you serving Turkey? We have eaten up all of our leftovers now. Gave lots of it to kids.

HAPPY 30TH ANNIVERSARY CAROL AND BOB.

Back later

Zip, LOL to me. What beautiful leaves and great view too.

No Loretta, I'm serving baked meatballs in a cream sauce over rice (for them) Vegi and salad. Probably carrots, broccoli and romaine salad.

Got the dusting done!!!!!!! Whew....I sure hate that.

Where is the gang??

Hi gang,

Getting here real late again. I'll explain at the end of my post.

Roger, Wow Phoenicia is truly very pregnant and looking ready to produce a lovely baby soon.
Hey, I see the drug store that G and I parked in front of when we came to visit. Cool! Glad it cleared up for you. We had clouds, rain and strong winds all day.

Shawnee and Bob

Happy Anniversary

Loretta, take it from me, Roger's view is spectacular to say the least.
Humm, I didn't know photobucket had a resizing tool either. Wonder if it has a cropping option too.

Julie, So are we going to have the recipe for those creamed meat balls? They sound wonderful and different. If they aren't low carb, one of us can figure out how to make them low carb.

I don't mind dusting. I love my swiffer duster. It's cleaning all of this glass that gets me. Want to trade?

Susan, hope your office day isn't too bad tomorrow. You must love working from home though.

Barb, I'm with you. I love the city but would really, really miss the privacy of open spaces. You are fortunate that you get all of that lovely sun.
This area doesn't have many sunny days in the winter but summer is just ok.

G and I took a ride to wallyworld and got home about 8PM. Went to the bathroom on our return and I noticed BLOOD in my urine. No other symptoms but lots of blood, so it was off to the ER. Had blood work, urinalysis, and CT scan to r/o kidney stones. All is almost well except for a kidney infection, low potassium and sodium and the CT scan found a small, 2 cm. aortic aneurysm Damn it! I'm off looking for a really, really great vascular surgeon who does the new stent procedure for it. Guess they don't worry too much unitl it's bigger. HA!

Any way I'll be ok or not.
See you all tomorrow.

OMG Linda!! You must be so scared. We will be keeping you in our prayers. Every time I get a bladder infection, I bleed like mad. Kidney is a little more serious. Dang, sorry about all this. You had no other symptoms??

The baked meatballs are loaded with bread but I used my sprouted bread. I was back to 118 this morning, same as when I stepped on that ship. My son loves these meatballs and haven't had them over in a long time. It was sure good to see Madison and Logan again.

Take care sweetie.

Thanks Julie, I'm not scared at all even though I know ALL about them. It's just one of those things that happen, so what ever will be, will be.
Funny, I've had bladder and kidney infections many times in the past but always had burning or pain. Not this time though.

Glad you are back to your fighting weight. So will ya post that meatball recipe and sauce recipe please I'll replace the bread with flax or something.
