No tricks, just keep watching your carbs, as you add different things in make sure you monitor your weight so you can see what effect they may or may not have. Keep exercising, keep drinking your water, and ENJOY! |

No special advice either, just don't eat those bad carbohydrates EVER.
If something makes you gain a bit, back off. We are all different so keep on keeping on. It's not difficult once you find your way. |

Congratulations on making goal!! I agree with what everyone else has said. I weigh every day and keep a daily food and exercise journal. If I gain a couple of lbs, I immediately cut back on carbs. Best wishes to you. Vickie
