Hi from old maintainer

Most won't remember me, and I'm sorry to have been away for so long.

I am still at target weight (much thanks to everyone here) and we are kayaking, backpacking as I always dreamed we would do.

Wife is 16% finished with chemotherapy and has lost weight instad of gaining the 15-20 pounds her oncologist told her to expect - YAY! (diet and exercise conquer all!)

Isn't it fun to look back 5 yrs to when locarb was not 'cool' and know we were doing the right thing all along ?!

Hi Joe, it's really good to see you again. We wondered where you were.

Congratulations to both you and your wife for your success with the low carb plan.
I'll be sure to keep your DW in my thoughts for an excellent outcome.

Hi Joe,

I remember when I was in lurk mode and reading your posts so often. Aren't you the one who would make tuna fish on Sunday and eat it all week?

Well, I was inspired - ate the same thing all wekk and now I'm at goal!!

Glad your wife is doing so well.
