Tuesday on Maintain Mt.
Just busy yesterday cleaning and waxing another vechicle. Now that I am out of cars to wax DH is ready to line that boat up next.
The weather was beautiful yesterday and I wanted to finish up my waxing jobs before the cold and crumby weather came. http://members.sigecom.net/vincek/IMG2511.jpg This is a picture of my 2 oldest DGKids. Beth and Connor. I think I will investigate getting a web page. Ginny I did check my programs for support for that cd burner but it sure is confusing. I think it is the worse for explanations. I like the ones that give you a pointer and take you through the steps. Some of the crappie I cook up fresh by just baking them in butter in the oven. Most of them I freeze up. DH gives some away to friends or relatives. THey taste as good as Orange Roughy to me. You have a low cholesterol 212, how about 350?????? But on the plus side my triglycerides have never been lower. I sure have not had to have many problems fixed on my Honda, just some routine things ie, new brakes, a distributer. All in all not bad for 11 yrs. Turn MOM do you have another name? Louisville is a distance from me. We had a DGS who has served in Afganistan and Iraq. He is in the army in the medical corp. Now he is stateside over in California. I know you are proud of that DD and tell her thanks for putting her life on the line for all of us. Linda LOL on getting one more new vehicle that should last us the rest of our lives. I have a savings account just for that too. I am going to take my Honda as far as she will go first. I just want to see how far that will be. Hope you and your mom had a nice day in Owego. I saw Binghamptom mentioned in a Catholic Slovak paper we get. St. Cyril and Methodius church was recently celebrating 100 yrs there. They were one of the first catholic churches in that area. Zip that sure was a sweet deal on that PC. My sister has an emachine. With all of her rebates she ended up paying about $50 for it and then she sold her webtv and got a few more $$$$. She has had it for several yrs now and with a memory upgrade it is going great. Thanks for letting me know the end of the sale date for the Puritans. Getting an order together to take advantage of that sale. SuSun that DSIL of yours does sure know how to celebrate. Glad that the christening party was a success. You probably were less stressed about it since DD and SIL were the hosts. Glad all had a nice day and now Ella is "in the fold". Shawnee I am glad we had nice weather so I could wash and wax vechicles. I sure needed to use up a BUNCH of those Splenda calories. I have printed out all of the recipes though and will make another treat in a few months. How is that yard and garden of yours? My flowers are still blooming. Hey to Barb and Jackie. Later folks |

Ginny, to answer you from Monday's thread, oh yeah I've hit the old hard ground a time or two and that was from a 16 hander last time. Nowadays I only ride the gentlest ones LOL
Loretta, ya'll can call me Becca Glad your DGS is stateside, my DD is also in California right now. Miramar, of Top Gun fame. I was there earlier this month. Is your DGS also from Ky.? And I'll try, (don't really know how) to post a pic. I have digital pics cause we sell on EBay but have never posted anything here. Beautiful day here in Ky. Can't wait to get out of the office today. Gonna try that pb fudge recipe soon too. It meets my 3 requirements, low carb, low cost and EZ

Hi Loretta and everyone to follow,
Loretta, Your grandchildren are beautiful. I can see from Connor's wide head that he has a cracking high IQ. Betcha, Betcha! Who is your DSL? That's the best place to start looking for some good, FREE web-space. If you have Verizon we can do it together. Rolled back from Shoprite but the Fruit Refreshers are back up to $.79 a liter (far cry from $.34 last week). THey are piling them floor to ceiling so maybe they are planning something for next week. Oh well, 48 cans of Diet Coke and Sprite for $10 filled the larder! Nice day here...60 and mostly sunny. Gym, a short nap, and NYC dinner and show (feebie) with friends. |

Hi everyone,
Cold and damp around these parts today. The weather man was WRONG yet again. He promised sun. Loretta, your grand kids are beautiful!! How old are they now? Oh I'm very familiar with St. Cyril church. It wasn't far from where I grew up and did attend it on occasion.Lovely architecture. We have a very large Eastern Europe population in the area and each group built it's own church, many of which are now closed, unfortunately. Yeah, we usually drive our vehicles until they drop too.I just can't see buying new ones. They are far too expensive. Turn, I want to make that fudge too but I'm afraid I'll eat it all in one sitting Roger, That's still not a bad price for the Fruit Refreshers. Heck Diet Rite is about a buck for a liter bottle. Details on your dinner and play please. Ginny, how's the weather down there? Hope it's not too cold yet. Shawnee, So what are you up to today? Julie, where have you been? WE miss you. Susan, bet you are glad the big event is over. Let's see some pictures. Barb, How's work going? Waving to everyone else. Later |

I've just been hanging.....not in a chatty mood lately and for me, thats unusual!!
Nothing much to report either. Am going to the Dr. about my knee on Thursday. I hurt it 3 or 4 years ago doing aerobics and it "catches" all the time and is quite painful. It's getting worse all the time and my sister talked me into getting it checked out. So I will.bowled this morning. Got my hair cut afterwards. Exciting huh? Everything is fine.... Loretta, your DGKids are adorable!!! Thanks for the sites. |
