THERE IS NO SUB FOR REAL PASTA

I have tried Keto, wheat pasta and carb sense. YUK
Trust me I'm 100% Italian and there is nothing like real pasta.
The subs are chewy, dry and feel weird in my mouth.
If I want pasta for dinner I have the real stuff. I just make sure my breakfast and lunch are 0 carbs. Or close to it. ALSO, I DON'T GORGE MYSTELF JUST BECAUSE I I HAD 0 CARBS FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH!!!
So far I have been able to maintain my weight loss. I'm acutally still losing
Anyone else agree with me about pasta subs??

Cindy

cbaeker,

Oh, I agree with you 2000%. Pasta is wheat. Long noodles made from anything else may LOOK like spaghetti but that's about the limit...most taste dreadful!

Same with spaghetti squash; it's a delicious vegetable but pasta it AIN'T and adding tomato sauce to it ruins it's delicate flavor IMHO!

Have you tried Dreamfield's? It's not bad and for some people, it doesn't spike the Blood Sugar.

Another vote for Dreamfields! It is made from semolina, just like regular pasta, but a patented process "protects" all but 5 grams of carbs from being digested. For me, it works, and tastes just like the real thing! Our sponser Netrition sells it in the marketplace.
