I don't track anymore, but I would say including beverages I'm at about 35 carbs a day. No idea on calories!

I maintain at about 2400-2500 calories (big guy) and lose very slowly at 2200 and quickly at 2000. I NEVER go below 2000.
I have been watching my step and staying in the 2300-2500 range all year and have to be vigilant because, unless I take care I can easily slide up to 3000 calories and blubber city! Part of my problem is that a couple of decades ago I could easily eat 3000 and maintain. Our metabolisms change quickly but habits tend to remain constants unless constantly cajoled! |

According to the Albert Einstein Medical College CCARB study I'm in my calorie intake is approx 1800 to 2000 and carbs average 60 -70 per day.
Sometimes I drop down to 20 - 30. |

My average for maintenance is 1800-2000 calories per day and 40-50g of carbs. If I go up a pound or two I'll drop back to 1600-1700 calories and no more than 30g of carbs for a few days.
