Instant "Rice" Pudding!
Instant "Rice" Pudding!
Quick and Easy! 1 cup of heavy cream 1 tsp of Splenda to taste 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract 2 tbsp of sf shredded coconut Mix first 3 ingredients together in a small bowl. Soak the dried coconut in this for at least 1/2 an hour. Enjoy! A quick fix for dessert! Several servings here! SuSUN I posted on the sticky recipe thread on Golden BB too! |

I'm with Julie. Coconut isn't my favorite either but I do eat it on occasion. Maybe I'll give it a try though.

Have you guys ever used banana extract often found in Spanish markets. It's good in puddings and LC desserts.
Also almond extract (but I HATE it....tastes NOTHING like almonds). |

Shawnee, I adore yogurt, thanks for the yogurt version. I'm trying it tomorrow.
If you are a yogurt fanatic like I am, check out the book The Four Corners Diet by Jack Goldberg. It's a low carb eating plan that emphasizes yogurt, fiber, etc. He also tells you how to properly count the carbs in yogurt, and discusses it's benefits. |
